Аннотация В результате развития электронной среды в системе научной коммуникации появляются новые акторы: репозитории, мегажурналы, платформы с открытым рецензированием, которые функционируют в соответствии с парадигмой открытой науки. При этом результаты работы ученых оцениваются посредством показателей цитируемости и индексации в традиционных базах данных и наукометрических сервисах, которые зачастую не рассматривают новые проекты по причине несоответствия формальным критериям. В данной статье рассматриваются требования, предъявляемые Web of Science, Russian Science Citation Index, Scopus и Высшей аттестационной комиссией (ВАК) к источникам научной информации, а также проанализированы 25 проектов на предмет соответствия этим требованиям. Было выявлено, что часть новых проектов не соответствует критериям по причине отсутствия традиционных маркеров научного издания. На основании полученных результатов был сформулирован ряд рекомендаций, которые позволят скорректировать требования с учетом новых реалий.
