Thermomechanical Coupling Analysis and Optimization of Metallic Thermal Protection System

Abstract: The metallic thermal protection system (MPTS) is a key technology for reducing the cost of reusable launch vehicles, offering the combination of increased durability and competitive weights when compared with other systems.
