“…With 10% Ag doping, Na x CoO 2 achieved the PF as high as 18.92 × 10 −4 W/mK 2 at~1100 K with the carrier density of~10 21 /cm 3 [35]. Compared with un-doped NaCoO 2 , other dopants (Y, Nd, Sr, Sm) have little effects on improving PF values [36], and some dopants (Ni, Yb) even have negative effects [36,37].
