Thermodynamics of second-grade nanofluid over a stretchable rotating porous disk subject to Hall current and cubic autocatalysis chemical reactions

Abstract: Homogeneous–heterogeneous chemical reactions for second-grade nanofluid and gyrotactic microorganisms in a rotating system with the effects of magnetic fields and thermal radiation are examined. The boundary layer equations of the problem in a non-dimensional form are evaluated by a strong technique, namely, the homotopy analysis method (HAM). The rates of flow, heat, mass, and gyrotactic microorganism motion are obtained for the augmentations in the pertinent parameters. The graphical pictures of the results … Show more

“…is the average swimming velocity vector of the oxytactic microorganisms in which b 1 is the chemotaxis constant and W 𝑐𝑒 is the maximum cell swimming speed [77,80], 𝑇 is the temperature and 𝑁 is the gyrotactic microorganisms concentration. 𝑇 ∞ and 𝑁 ∞ stand for the temperature and motile microorganisms concentration density away from the surface, respectively, and h 1 denotes the convective heat transfer coefficient.…”

“…Additionally, it is used to investigate how various additives affect liquids and reduces drag. The RD apparatus, which is used in drag lessening applications, is a piece of machinery for modeling external flow, involving the flow over smooth surfaces and the flow surrounding immersed components [2]. Shehzad et al [3] examined MHD an incompressible bio convective flow of Maxwell nanoliquid flow through a double RD.…”
