Abstract:Thermodynamic, structural, surface and transport properties of Au-Cu liquid alloy were calculated on the basis of different theoretical modeling equations. The thermodynamic properties, such as excess Gibbs free energy of mixing, enthapy of mixing and activity were estimated and compared with the available experimental and literature data on the basis of simple theory of mixing (STM).
