“…It is comprised in the range 16 ÷ 63%, grows with the annealing temperature and depends irregularly on nickel concentration. This testifies modification of crystallization temperature by nickel content and allows expecting diverse crystalline phases, in accordance with the results of calorimetric studies [3,8]. It was found that the discrete subspectrum is multicomponent and a set of sextets with hyperfine parameters characteristic of Fe(Si) solid solution is present up to x = 40 (and dominates in the compositional range x = 10 ÷ 30), in contrast with classical FINEMET, where DO 3 -type structure is mainly created.…”

Hence, EDX and HREM were utilized to measure the concentration profile in the vicinity of the nanocrystal in order to understand the mechanism of nanostructure formation.…”
