Проанализировано состояние исходных термодинамических данных базовых химических реакций взаимодействия кремния с кис-лородом, протекающих с образованием монооксида и диоксида кремния. В качестве базового параметра для оценки фазово-химических равновесий в системах, содержащих кислород, принимается парциальное давление кислорода в газовой фазе.
