Abstract:Herein, we reported an innovative thermodynamic allosteric switch-actuated 3D DNA nanomachine for selective, sensitive, and accurate electrochemical (EC)/fluorescent (FL) dual-mode biosensing of a microphthalmia-associated transcription factor (MITF).
