Thermally stratified flow of Jeffrey fluid with homogeneous-heterogeneous reactions and non-Fourier heat flux model

Abstract: This article investigates the mixed convective flow of Jeffrey fluid near the axisymmetric stagnation point over an inclined permeable stretching cylinder. Analysis subjected to Cattaneo-Christov heat flux, thermal stratification and homogeneous-heterogeneous reactions are accounted. Suitable transformations are employed to obtain nonlinear ordinary differential system. Non-dimensional system is computed by Homotopy technique. Graphs and tables are constructed to analyze the influence of different flow paramet… Show more

“…Hayat et al [21] discussed the influence of double stratified convective Jeffrey fluid flow due to inclined cylinder along with heat generation/absorption. Ijaz and Ayub [22] explored mixed convective Jeffrey fluid flow near axisymmetric stagnation point flow in view of a permeable angular cylinder with homogeneous-heterogeneous reactions are considered. Hayat et al [23] studied boundary layer flow and heat transference effects in Jeffrey nanofluid flow with thermal conductivity, and radiation influence is taken to be temperature-dependent.…”

“…Stratified thermal motion of Jeffrey liquid with the heat flux non-Fourier model has been examined by Ijaz and Ayub. 17 They concluded in their study that a large stratification number degenerates the temperature plot. Hayat et al 18 elucidate the temperature as well as concentration stratification impact on the motion of Oldroyd-B fluid.…”

“…In their study, an analytical solution was obtained and the results show that a large stratification parameter degenerates the velocity plot. Stratified thermal motion of Jeffrey liquid with the heat flux non‐Fourier model has been examined by Ijaz and Ayub 17 . They concluded in their study that a large stratification number degenerates the temperature plot.…”
