Thermal annealing reduces geminate recombination in TQ1:N2200 all-polymer solar cells

Abstract: Annealing of TQ1:N2200 photovoltaic blends reduces geminate charge recombination, without compromising charge extraction, leading to higher photocurrents and device efficiency.
