Abstract:La dystrophie musculaire de Duchenne (DMD) est une maladie génétique progressive du muscle liée au chromosome X. Elle est la maladie génétique la plus fréquente chez l'homme. La thérapie cellulaire basée sur l'utilisation de cellules souches somatiques est une voie thérapeutique riche d'inté-rêt.
