Therapeutic Effects of Bifidobacterium Longum Kacc 91563 on Dncb-Induced Atopic Dermatitis-Like Skin Lesions in Nc / Nga Mice

Abstract: Atopic dermatitis (AD) is a chronic inflammatory skin disease characterized by severe itch. This study was designed to evaluate the therapeutic effects of oral administration of Bifidobacterium longum, KACC 91563 (BLK) on 2, 4-dinitrochlorobenzene (DNCB) -induced AD-like skin lesions in NC / Nga mice.
