Theranostic Trigger‐Responsive Carbon Monoxide‐Generating Microbubbles

Abstract: Carbon monoxide (CO) is a gaseous signaling molecule that modulates inflammation, cell survival, and recovery after myocardial infarction. However, handling and dosing of CO as a compressed gas are difficult.
