This study investigated the behaviors couples use to indicate their commitment in romantic relationships and explored the complex ways in which these behaviors are interconnected. Survey data were collected from 121 romantically involved couples in the United States. Dyadic analysis of the data revealed that the greater the levels of commitment, the more frequent the use of certain behaviors to indicate commitment. In addition, couples were similar in their use of the indicators, tended to project their self‐perceptions onto their partners, and had a degree of accuracy in perceiving their partners’ use of indicators. The research sheds light on some of the complex ways intimate couples experience and express commitment in the everyday lives.

The aim of this study is to examine employees perception of training provided by Saudi Industrial Development Fund (SIDF) and its relationship with organizational commitment. To achieve this aim, the study utilized a questionnaire consists of two validated, well established, international instruments: the first one is the perceived availability of training developed by Newman et al., (2011) and includes 22-item inventory that measures an individual on the training, the second instrument called commitment scale developed by Allen and Meyer, (1996) and includes 18-item inventory to identify a person's commitment. This questionnaire has been distributed to a simple random sample consist of (200) employees of Saudi Industrial Development Fund. A total of (175) complete questionnaires has been received back at a response rate of (87%). After analyzing data and testing hypotheses, the main results of this study are: There is a positive relationship between five training-related variables and affective commitment. There is a positive relationship between two training-related variables (the perceived availability of training and perceived supervisor support for training) and two commitment-related variables (continuance and normative commitment).  There is a negative relationship between perceived co-worker support for training and two commitment-related variables (continuance and normative commitment).  There is no relationship between two training-related variables (the perceived benefits of training and motivation to learn) and two commitment-related variables (continuance and normative commitment).

AbstrakKepuasan pernikahan menjadi salah satu faktor terpenting untuk mencapai keluarga yang bahagia. Fenomena saat ini, banyak suami yang merasakan ketidakpuasan dengan pernikahannya karena memiliki istri bekerja. Hal ini akan memicu terjadinya masalah dalam pernikahan. Untuk itu diperlukan adanya komitmen dan komunikasi interpersonal agar tercapainya kepuasan pernikahan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan komitmen dan komunikasi interpersonal dengan kepuasan pernikahan pada suami yang memiliki istri bekerja.Subjek penelitian adalah suami yang memiliki istri yang bekerja di Kelurahan Simpang Baru Pekanbaru sebanyak 110 subjek, menggunakan teknik Total Sampling.Pengumpulan data mengunakan Skala Komitmen, Skala Komunikasi Interpersonal dan Skala Kepuasan Pernikahan. Analisis data mengunakan teknik Regresi Bergandadengan bantuan program SPSS 22.0 for windows. Hasil analisis regresi ganda diperoleh nilai F sebesar 15,284 dengan hasil signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (p<0,01) artinya hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diterima yaitu terdapat hubungan antara komitmen dan komunikasi interpersonal dengan kepuasan pernikahan pada suami yang memiliki istri bekerja. The current phenomenon, many husbands feel dissatisfaction with their marriage because they have a working wife. This will trigger problems in marriage. For this reason, it requires commitment and interpersonal communication to achieve marital satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of commitment and interpersonal communication with marital satisfaction on the husband who has a working wife. Research subjects on the husband who has a working wife were 110 subjects, using Total Sampling technique. Data collection uses Commitment Scale, Interpersonal Communication Scale and Wedding Satisfaction Scale. Data analysis uses Multiple Regression techniques with the help of SPSS 22.0 for Windows program. The results of multiple regression analysis obtained an F value of 15.284 with a significance result of 0.000 (p <0.01) which means that the hypothesis in this study is accepted, namely there is a relationship between commitment and interpersonal communication with marital satisfaction in the husband who has a working wife.
