Theory and experimental verification of valveless piezoelectric pump with rotatable unsymmetrical slopes

Abstract: A valveless piezoelectric pump with rotatable unsymmetrical slopes is developed in this research. It has the following features: The pump integrates driving and transporting, and it can mix different fluids while transporting them.
