MgB 2 with T c ≈ 40 K, is a record-breaking compound among the s-p metals and alloys. It appears that this material is a rare example of the two band electronic structures, which are weakly connected with each other. Experimental results clearly reveal that boron sub-lattice conduction band is mainly responsible for superconductivity in this simple compound. Experiments such as tunneling spectroscopy, specific heat measurements, and high resolution spectroscopy show that there are two superconducting gaps. Considering a canonical two band BCS Hamiltonian containing a Fermi Surface of π-and σ-bands and following Green's function technique and equation of motion method, we have shown that MgB 2 possess two superconducting gaps. It is also pointed out that the system admits a precursor phase of Cooper pair droplets that undergoes a phase locking transition at a critical temperature below the mean field solution. Study of specific heat and density of states is also presented. The agreement between theory and experimental results for specific heat is quite convincing. The paper is organized in five sections: Introduction, Model Hamiltonian, Physical properties, Numerical calculations, Discussion and conclusions.

An approach for description of the photoinduced nonlinear optical effects in the superconducting MgB2:Cr2O3 nanocrystalline film is proposed. It includes the molecular dynamics step-by-step optimization of the two separate crystalline phases. The principal role for the photoinduced nonlinear optical properties plays nanointerface between the two phases. The first modified layers possess a form of slightly modified perfect crystalline structure. The next layer is added to the perfect crystalline structure and the iteration procedure is repeated for the next layer. The total energy here is considered as a varied parameter. To avoid potential jumps on the borders we have carried out additional derivative procedure.

El mercado de outsourcing ha estado creciendo en los últimos años y se prevé que lo siga haciendo en los próximos, pero este crecimiento ha estado limitado por el fracaso de muchos proyectos que, en algunos casos, han llevado a las organizaciones a asumir de nuevo esos servicios (insourcing). Estos fracasos se han debido en gran parte a los problemas con los proveedores: falta de experiencia, de capacidades para asumir los proyectos, dificultad en la comunicación,… A diferencia de lo que ocurre en otras disciplinas, no existe una metodología que ayude, tanto a los clientes como a los proveedores de servicios de outsourcing de TI, a gobernar y gestionar sus proyectos y conseguir los resultados buscados. En los últimos años han aparecido, al mismo tiempo que la expansión del outsourcing, algunos modelos y marcos de buenas prácticas para la gestión de los proyectos de outsourcing, pero generalmente sólo cubren algunos aspectos de la gestión. No se los puede considerar metodologías, porque no definen roles, responsabilidades ni entregables. Por lo general, son el resultado de la experiencia en la gestión de otros tipos de proyectos. Hay que considerar también que, excepto eSCM-SP, que es un modelo de buenas prácticas para mejorar la capacidad en la provisión de servicios, están todos orientados al cliente.El objetivo de esta tesis es, por un lado, demostrar la necesidad de contar con una metodología que guíe a los proveedores durante todo el ciclo de vida un proyecto de outsourcing y, por otro, proponer una metodología que contemple desde
