The paper aims to provide a systematic overview of the maturity models used in knowledge management (KM) with the purpose of identifying different perspectives, contributions, shortcomings, and implementation gaps. This study can be characterized as a theoretical research based on a systematic literature review. As a result of this analysis, KM key points and knowledge management maturity models (KMMMs) critical success factors (CSFs) are pointed out and recorded. The concept of standardization and its relation to KM, presenting known KM Standards and their core principles is explored. Even though there is a large number of publications on KM, a literature gap is identified in publications regarding the field of KM Standards and corresponding case studies. Based on the most widely spread critical success factors used in the knowledge management maturity assessment presented in the literature survey, the objective of this paper is to propose a holistic and integrated knowledge management maturity assessment framework encompassing the core guidelines of ISO 30401 in order to be used by researchers and practitioners for future reference in the form of a generic maturity assessment web matrix.

External funding is an important yet understudied area of inquiry in crisis communication research. With external funding being a keystone of assessing and broadening research impact in both academia and industry, it is important for scholarship to examine effective practices for funding proposals. This study explores the best and worst practices for funded research through an expert consultation survey of 36 global communication scholars with track records of funding success. Findings reveal motivating factors for seeking, securing and managing funding, as well as institutional factors. Findings also inform best and worst practices for securing external funding, including bridging theory and practice and establishing strong research partnerships.

The core aim of this report is to determine the overall importance of language learning the field of didactics. Accordingly, certain core objectives of this research have been designed. Key focus has been mainly placed upon the overall aspects based on foreign language teaching and trans-disciplinary affordances. Core focus has also been placed on the identification of various factors that influence the level of effectiveness maintained while addressing core language issues. Following this, a definite research methodology has been addressed. Accordingly, an exploratory research design has been undertaken with such followed by selection of a qualitative research type. The overall duration of the research has been stated as well, while underlining the key inclusion and exclusion criteria to be maintained. Following this, the overall data collection and data analysis strategy used within the entire research have been underlined, including qualitative method to be selected for both data collection and analysis. The core analysis has been undertaken through creation of specific themes. The analysis and associated discussion presents overview of the key factors that are important to be considered while undertaking language learning in didactics, while allowing various language issues to be addressed as well. Keyword : Didactics, foreign language, language and linguistics.
