In this work laser interference technique was used to detect haematological disorders such as anaemia ,thrombocoytopenia ,leucocytosis this technique is called the laser sheet interference technique developed by professor Hatem El Ghandoor for measuring the optical density of blood components , the obtained results applying by this technique proved that The laser interference technique could be used as a very sensitive tool for measuring haemoglobin of blood and It may be considered as the basis for designing a new prototype to measure haemoglobin based on a laser interference

As an optical focus detection technique, confocal microscopy has been received much attention in the last few years.It has not only the particular property of depth discrimination, but also the ability of enhancement of contrast by suppression of light scattered from defocused object location. Therefore, the techniques based on confocal microscopy have been developed as a powerful tool for surface profiling. However, in order to maintain the high resolution, it is difficult to make fiber-optic sensor as small as possible, and which restrict the measurement of small internal curve surface.For the purpose of uniting micromation and high-precision in profile, based on a fiber confocal microscopy theory, a new fiber optical scanning microscope made up of splitter and GRIN lens is presented. Compared with other confocal technique, it has smaller size, higher anti-jam, and higher axial resolusion. Especially, it has the characteristic of absoluteness zero point, which can be used for 3D and super-glossy inner surface profile.Experiment results show that the axial resolution with 30nm and linearity range 40 m can be achieved.This linearity, high resolution and small cubage permit non-contacting surface profilometry to be readily obtained for specimens of uniform reflectivity and small internal curve surface profile.

The relation between free branched amino acids concentration and refractive index can be revealed using a new laser interferometry technique In previous work, glucose level in blood plasma was measured using laser interferometry in a capillary tube and demonstrated that the technique is feasible, affordable, and precise (1). In this study, we had established laser fringes as finger prints for the three branched amino acids: leucine, isoleucine and valine in order to determine their concentrations until values as small as nano-milligram in a solution. Branched amino acids in order to determine their concentration within plants. Solutions of the three branched amino acids (leucine, isoleucine and valine) were used as standards at different concentrations to obtain more clear information about the relationship between their concentrations, molar refractivity and refractive index as an initial step in order to measure their concentration in a faster and cheaper way. The relationship between the molar refractivity, refractive index and the amino acid concentration is discussed.
