Theoretical Comparison of Real-Time Single Particle Tracking Techniques

Abstract: Super-resolution microscopy and single molecule fluorescence spectroscopy require complementary and mutually exclusive experimental strategies that optimize either spatial or temporal resolution, making their combined implementation a challenge.
