Theoretical calculation of angular distribution of the 16O(d,p0)17O reaction at low energies

Abstract: Nuclear Reaction Analysis (NRA) is employed to perform depth profiling of the light elements (carbon, nitrogen, oxygen …) in the heavy element substrates.
