Досліджено питання інтерпретації поняття "ідеологія". Виокремлено три загальні аспекти функціонування ідеології: на рівні доктрини, ідеологічних взаємодій та ідеологічної діяльності. Виявлено, що процес взаємодії ідеології та свідомості мас породжує нове утворення-"повсякденні ідеологічні уявлення". Проаналізовано основні теоретичні доробки з вивчення ідеологічних уявлень та визначено особливості їхнього функціонування у масовій свідомості.
