Theoretical approaches to interactions between biomolecules: Legends and approximations to reality

Abstract: There are significant differences between the conditions for chemical and biochemical reactivity. Therefore, models for treating chemical reactions are mostly not suitable for investigating interactions and transformations of bio(macro)molecules.
