Abstract: This study aims to explore the approach of Young Teachers in teaching and learning the subject of Mathematics, the ability of Young Teachers to help weak students in the subject of Mathematics and the motivation of students to follow the teaching and learning of Mathematics through the implementation of Young Teachers.
