The Way to the Hasner School Law and the Response to It in the Bohemian Countries

Abstract: Situace v habsburském mocnářství nebyla ve druhé polovině 60. let příznivá českým zemím, které se cítily odsunuty rakousko-uherským vyrovnáním, a další liberalizační kroky včetně nového školského zákona byly vnímány s velkými rozpaky.
