The Virtual Learning Resource Center for the Digital Manpower

Abstract: This research aims to develop the models of Virtual Learning Resource Center (VLRC) for the digital manpower. The results of the research are that: 1) The VLRC development process consists of 5 steps: requirements analysis, planning and designing, prototyping and testing, implementing and monitoring, and evaluation and reporting. 2) The VLRC for the digital manpower consists of two models: 2.1) the physical learning resource, which is a physical space that the learner can actually touch. It can be divided into… Show more

“…Develop the IVUL model by analysing the process synthesis for each main component to create linkage and design a model that can be used for automatically providing education for learners. Using AI is crucial for driving the model through virtual learning environments across online networks [21]. This will help each learner to systematically learn and apply knowledge, via activities and processes, to develop skills and abilities according to the learning objectives and goals and their individual potential.…”

“…Active Imagineering is a learning activity that focuses on learning by doing (Learning by doing) consistent with Competency-based learning refers to systems of instruction, assessment, grading, and academic reporting that are based on students demonstrating that they have learned the knowledge and skills they are expected to learn as they progress through their education, through creative innovation processes that make learning meaningful and effective, consistent with Pimpatchara Pornsawan [22] was develop the gamification collaborative Imagineering model on social cloud, the relationship result between innovator characteristics and innovative thinking skills of students after studying with the gamification collaborative Imagineering model on social cloud using pearson correlation showed that innovator characteristics and innovative thinking skills was related at .05 level and had positive correlations, The student who study with the model have higher innovator characteristics score and have evaluation score of innovative product at very high level, and Panita Wannapiroon and other [26] was study the augmented reality interactive learning model, using the Imagineering process for the smart classroom. The results showed that the 15,000 vocational students who used the Imagineering process exhibited a high level of creativity and the quality of creative innovation was at the highest level.…”

“…So, pre-established tasks with the use of digital technology require children to understand the content and essence of the task, the algorithm of its implementation. A characteristic feature of tasks for modern children is the formation of gradual complication of the task content through the prism of the game form (Wannapiroon et al, 2021). This is realized with the use of special drawings (symbols), while the Creating a modern digital space learning program is "embedded" in the tasks (games) themselves.…”
