Abstract:Background The detection of cell-free DNA (cfDNA) is a promising early diagnosis method for hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). We validated the cfDNA-based comprehensive diagnostic model (HIFI) and explored its value in the early diagnosis and prediction of HCC.
