Abstract: Allograft rejection is a critical issue following solid organ transplantation (SOT). Immunosuppressive therapies are crucial in reducing risk of rejection yet are accompanied by several significant side effects, including infection, malignancy, cardiovascular diseases, and nephrotoxicity.
