The Value of CT Perfusion Parameters and Apparent Diffusion Coefficient Value of Magnetic Resonance Diffusion Weighted Imaging in Diagnosis of Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Abstract: Background. Hepatocellular carcinoma is one of the malignant tumors with the highest incidence in the world. According to the latest statistics of the National Cancer Center, the incidence of liver cancer ranks fifth in malignant tumors and its mortality rate ranks second in China, which seriously threatens people’ s life and health. Aim. To investigate the value of CT perfusion parameters and apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) diffusion weighted imaging (DWI) in the diagn… Show more

“…Hepatic blood comes mainly from the portal vein and accounts for 75% of the total hepatic blood; the remainder is supplied by the hepatic artery. Kezhen et al [12] con rmed a decrease in the number and area of portal veins compared with those of hepatic arteries, which re ected the gradual change in liver nodules from benign to malignant. Thus, based on their ndings, it might be possible to detect lesions easily and judge the degree of malignancy by measuring perfusion via the hepatic artery and portal vein.…”
