The Usefulness of Heart Rate Variability Spectral Analysis in Detecting Covert Atrial Fibrillation among Patients with Cryptogenic Stroke

Abstract: We examined the usefulness of heart rate variability spectral analysis as a predictor of covert paroxysmal atrial fibrillation (PAF), an essential risk factor for embolic stroke.
