Simanta adalah aplikasi yang digunakan untuk melayani mahasiswa dalam pengelolaan Tugas Akhir mahasiswa. Diadakannya penelitian ini supaya aplikasi ini dapat melakukan pengiriman pesan notifikasi secara otomatis, pengiriman pesan secara otomatis menggunakan sistem Whatsapp API untuk menyampaikan pesan notifikasi atas aksi yang telah dilakukan dalam sistem. Dengan implementasi fitur notifikasi Whatsapp API pada SIMANTA didapatkan pengguna menjadi lebih mudah dalam menerima pemberitahuan terhadap aksi yang dilakukan pengguna dalam sistem SIMANTA. Metode Addie dipilih karena cocok bagi pengembangan sistem secara fleksibel dan efisien. Hasil penelitian membuat Sistem SIMANTA lebih praktis dan membuat pesan pemberitahuan lebih efektif untuk digunakan.

An information system is already a necessity by a school in running a better administrative system. The administrative information system using information technology with the help of computers is very helpful in the smooth operation of the school. One of the school's operations that is the principal for supporting operations is the payment of Educational Development Contributions (SPP). A more effective and efficient tuition payment procedure can streamline all school operational activities. This study aims to improve the administration of tuition payments with a whatsapp gateway-based system. This system can perform all SPP payment procedures on a mobile or mobile basis. The data processed in this study were sourced from the administration system for paying tuition fees at Mukomuko High School (SMA). The system uses PHP programming language tools and MySQL database. The result of this research is a computerized SPP payment administration system. So that the school administration can control tuition payments more effectively and efficiently. So that this system is very precise and fast in the administration of tuition payments and becomes a reference for other administrations in order to assist the administrative process and improve time efficiency and provide the right information.

The University of Lampung has a library that is used to support the university's academic activities. One of the services at the Unila library is a digital library service that is used to upload scientific works into the repository, but there are still manual processes that are carried out repeatedly such as collecting requirements files, giving accounts and coordinating with students who require to come to the library continuously. so that the process carried out is not efficient. This study aims to build a management information system on the repository using the Laravel framework which can be used as a solution for the Unila library to make it easier for users to upload scientific works into the digital library repository. The development of this application uses the kanban method, which includes the process of analyzing system requirements, designing, developing to testing. The results of this study succeeded in providing a file upload service for account application requirements and uploading a repository link that was validated by the admin. The service is then tested using the blackbox method which produces the expected output so that it can be concluded that the application passes the test.
