The Use of the Pericranial Periosteal Flap in Children for Treating Severe Lower Eyelid Retraction

Abstract: Purpose: To describe a surgical technique that can achieve significant lower eyelid elevation in severe retraction in children using a pericranial periosteal flap with skin graft.
