“…Traditionally, intertextual studies have been ill-informed within New Testament studies because it has been understood to be a study of the explicit citations/quotations from the OT in the NT so that a final and historical meaning of a given text can be determined. Such approaches often involve demonstrating that the NT writer employs the OT to show the fulfilment of the OT in the Christ event (see Ellis 1957;Fitzmyer 1961: 297-333;Gundry 1967;Black 1971: 1-14;Shires 1974;and Longenecker 1975;Beale 1984a: 129-54;Beale 1989: 89-96;Bauckham 1993: 183;and Kaiser 1994: 55-69). Such an approach to intertextuality continues today.…”

“…Though entire monographs have been written on as few as one OT passage’s influence on the NT (e.g., Hay 1973), these thirty-plus passages have rarely been studied together in any detail. Most of the field’s ‘classics’ have largely overlooked them (e.g., Dodd 1952; Lindars 1961; Stendahl 1968; Gundry 1975; Kaiser 1985; Juel 1988; Stanley 1992; Hays 1993; Menken 1996). Occasionally, scholars make one-off comments about them: i.e., ‘Some passages with a fulfillment formula appear to be broad or thick descriptions of several OT passages’ (Beale 2012: 58 n. 4); ‘Likewise to be taken into account are some of the instances where [Jesus] is reported to have said “as it is written” … but without actually quoting or alluding to any particular Old Testament passage’ (Longenecker 1999: 44); ‘Jesus expresses this … in general terms, without, apparently, alluding to any particularly scriptural context’ (Moo 1983: 86).…”

Više o ovoj temi vidi:Gundry (1967),Rothfuchs (1969), Hengel in Schwemer (1994.…”
