The use of the double uterine segment tourniquet in obstetric hysterectomy for bleeding control in patients with placenta accreta spectrum

Abstract: Placenta accreta spectrum (PAS) is defined as an abnormal trophoblast invasion into the myometrium, and sometimes up to or beyond the serosa.
