The Use of Tai-Chi to Reduce Anxiety Among Nursing Students Undergoing Simulation

Abstract: This study sought to examine tai-chi as an anxiety-reducing method to increase self-efficacy and improve performance among baccalaureate nursing students experiencing a patient care simulation.
