Abstract:The mapping of the land use in a tropical wet and dry area (East-Mono, Central Togo) is made using remote sensing data, recorded by the satellite SPOT. The negative, multispectral image data set has been transferred into positives by photographical means and afterwards enhanced using the diazo technique.
