The Use of Skin Effect for Measurement of Thickness of Sputtered Protective-Coatings

Abstract: -This paper deals with the development of a mathematical model that describes the skin effect in cylindrical conductors with protective coating. The model allows calculating the distribution of current density and magnetic field intensity, as well as determining electrical impedance, resistance, reactance and current in separate layers.
