The Use of Religion as Tool for Ideological Indoctrination by Boko Haram: A Critical Discourse

Abstract: Boko Haram came to limelight in 2009 as a result of its violent confrontation with the Nigerian government. However, its genesis could be linked to the effects of colonialism and the subsequent socio-economic reality of north-East Nigeria.
