The implementation of learning is still not optimal in utilizing and using learning media so students' motivation and learning outcomes in learning still need to be higher. This research aims to develop POPOIN Media in an effort to improve learning outcomes in Floor Pattern Material for class V students. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE development model. The subjects of this research are material experts and learning media experts. The test subjects were 27 fifth-grade students and fifth-grade elementary school teachers. The methods used to collect data are observation, interviews, questionnaires and test questions. The instruments used to collect data were questionnaire sheets and test questions. The techniques used to analyze data are qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis and inferential statistics. The results of the research, namely POPOIN media on Floor Pattern material, received very good qualifications from experts so that it is suitable for use in learning. The results of the n-gain test data analysis show an increase in scores between the pretest and posttest. The results of the t-test show that there is a difference in the pretest and post-test scores. It was concluded that POPOIN media in Floor Pattern material could be used to improve students' dance learning outcomes.

This study aims to examine the benefits of using ICT and AI technologies to aid the improvement of students' spoken communication skills, as well as the factors that contribute to students' difficulties with speaking. The study's primary goal is to provide useful recommendations for students, teachers, and learners that will facilitate better English language instruction and learning. Different studies were analyzed, and elements related to difficulties with communication were separated into three distinct groups: linguistic, social, and affective. We looked into numerous information and communication technology (ICT), Apps, and artificial intelligence (AI) resources that help in teaching and learning English. We conducted an experiment with 100 students, who were placed into two groups: ICT and Non-ICT. Taught English for the Non-ICT group using traditional methods and for the ICT group using ICT and AI tools. When compared to non-ICT students, ICT students demonstrate superior performance in all parameters of the speaking test. ESL students will see significant improvements in their communication skills with the use of technology and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies for teaching and learning language.

Technology has become an indispensable element in education that challenges conventional teaching. The pandemic significantly forced a paradigm shift in education from traditional methods to digital platforms. Emerging technology expanded the teacher’s role faster than predicted, and technology has become a significant criterion in defining 21st-century teachers. Teachers had to upgrade education and act as change agents in creating and managing technology-enhanced learning environments requiring teachers to be digitally literate. Considering teachers as significant stakeholders, this paper investigates how literature contributes to the knowledge of their perceptions of digital literacy in education by systematically investigating 59 research articles searched in EBSCO discovery services, covering commonly included 80 different databases in the default search. The review focuses on how teachers use technology, their challenges, and what teachers expect from successful technology integration. Results revealed a contradiction between expectations for technology integration into education before the pandemic and the experience after the lockdown. Even though teachers are confident using basic technology, many have observed a disconnect between technology and pedagogy that emphasises digital literacy’s need. Teachers struggle with technology integration due to lack of knowledge, accessibility, cost, disconnection, infrastructure, time, workload, and technology anxiety Therefore, teachers expect institutions to play a significant role in integrating technology by assisting them in mitigating challenges that require defining the institutional role of a technology-integrated learning environment.
