The relevance of this research is defined by a possibility of increase in efficiency of school students' research competence formation by means of robotics within fixed and extracurricular activities and additional education. The problem of a research is defined by a contradiction between widespread introduction of robotics in modern society life and insufficient techniques of studying robotics in order to key competences formation. The objective of this research is studying the didactic potential of robotics for school students' research competence formation and to offer the methodical approach to the organization of classes in robotics on the basis of research tasks and research projects. The article presents methods of studying robotics, the use of which helps to form the skills of independent research activities, as well as the ability to apply modern technology in solving practical problems. The article can be used by teachers of educational organizations and the organizations of additional education in preparation for robotics classes (in fixed and in extracurricular activities, in additional education); in analysis of teaching robotics methods, teachers of pedagogical universities to present the methodology of teaching robotics to the students, teaching staff of institutions of additional professional education in preparation for training courses.

The relevance of the research is associated with the fact that information technologies, social services of the Internet and the very cyberspace are changing rapidly adding into the human life new facets of existence and interaction, new opportunities to act, manifestations of mental processes and personality features, one of them being information competency. These changes affect the way the understanding of such phenomena as Internet activity and Internet addiction throughout the development of one's information competency is shaped. With regard to this, the paper is aimed at finding out the signs of Internet activity and its transition into Internet addiction in the development of an individual's information competency. The leading methods for researching this problem are extrapolation and modeling that allow considering the approaches to understanding the "Internet activity" and "Internet addiction" phenomena in pedagogical and psychological literature in their entirety and in comparison, analyzing the Internet risks, and describing the mechanisms of transformation of Internet activity into Internet addiction during the development of an individual's information competency. In the paper, the following phenomena are defined: the "Internet activity" as a part of daily culture of a person belonging to digital society and the "Internet addiction" as acquired behavior based on the intensity of the wish to stay in the Internet continuously and affecting the development of an individual's information competency in the context of changing its role both in the real and virtual life. In the paper, it is emphasized that a certain development level of an individual's information competency is manifested in the individual's Internet activity while excessive Internet activity practiced by the individual triggers the mechanisms of its transformation into Internet addiction. The materials of the paper are of practical importance for master's degree students, postgraduate students, teachers of higher education institutions and teachers of educational institutions conducting research in this area that set objectives associated with looking for pedagogical means for individuals to practice their Internet activity without running into Internet addiction.

Purpose of the study: The study is devoted to the analysis of the specifics of interaction between institutions of employment and development of higher education in modern Russian society. The current arrangement of socio-economic priorities in Russia contrasts with the true economic needs of the labor market and opportunities of the higher education system. In this regard, there is a need to create an integrated system of organizational and institutional mechanisms providing employment regulation and maintaining a balance of interests of the higher education system and the subjects of social and labor relations. Methodology: The study is conducted on the basis of the principle of interdisciplinarity to research the specifics of interaction of the subjects of social and labor relations in the sphere of higher education. The problem is considered in the context of institutionalism and neo-institutionalism methodology, both in foreign and domestic research traditions. The higher education institution is treated in the context of institutional methodology. Results: The work is based on the idea that the system of modern higher education is integrated into the subject space of social and labor relations. Thus, the state, the individual, the employer, and higher education institutions are both the concerned parties and the subjects of social and labor relations. But there is a certain disproportion in their interests. The sphere of higher education is characterized by some immanent features that distinguish it from other socio-economic systems that create public goods. The provision and consumption of educational services involve benefits, both for the individuals and for the entire nation. The mission of higher education and the interests of social and labor relations subjects are closely linked. The interest boundaries of the subjects of social and labor relations necessitate their qualitative characteristics in order to summarize the specifics of satisfaction of their interests. Applications of this study: The results allow us to conduct a full and detailed study of social and labor relations phenomenon in close relationship with the system of higher education. Within the very framework of neo-institutional theory, it is possible to create a mechanism of management and control for development of employment, social and labor relations. Novelty/Originality of this study: The research problem of the study is the development of the higher education system in the context of subjective social and labor relations in order to find the solution to the employment problem.
