“…Meanwhile, popularizing sports skills, and building a youth sports governance system that is suitable for the characteristics of the social era with multiple participation in governance and diversified investment for the integration of sports and education to promote the healthy development of youth [ 100 , 101 ]. The development of talent is a series of distinctive stages, from detection to final selection, from the establishment of individual talent information profiles, it is also necessary to do a good job in meticulous follow-up tracking services, observe their growth process and changes in demand, timely adjustment of the corresponding training methods to allow them to better enjoy the process of training, thus maximize their sports potential and performance [ 76 , 77 , 102 ].
