The Use of High-pressure Liquid Chromatography in the Analysis of the Structural Components of Nucleic Acids

The results from the methods for the separation and quantitative determination of nucleotides, nucleosides, and basest have been classified and discussed. Special consideration has been given to those methods used the most in the last decade-thin-layer chromatography and different types of high-performance liquid chromatography such as ion-exchange, reversed-phase and ion-pair methods, as well as spectrophotometric and titrimetric methods.
