The Use of Generalized Gamma-Polynomial Approximation for Hazard Functions

Abstract: We introduce a simple methodology, so-called generalized gamma-polynomial approximation, based on moment-matching technique to approximate survival and hazard functions in the context of parametric survival analysis.
