Abstract:Abstract. The effect of fluorination conditions for carbon nanotubes (CNTs) on their chemical composition and structure was studied by IR-Fourier, X-ray photoelectron and Raman spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction analysis, thermogravimetry and electron microscopy.
