The Use of a Medium Chain Triglyceride Diet in Chyloperitoneum

Abstract

SYNOPSIS The use of a medium chain triglyceride diet in a child with tuberculosis and chyloperitoneum is reported for the first time. The rationale and apparent therapeutic success of the diet are discussed.
