The use of a harmonized system in the formation of commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity

Abstract

The article deals with the purpose of classification of goods by customs authorities and participants of foreign economic activity. Currently, the commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity (HS) is used, which is an instrument of state regulation of foreign trade, affecting through consumer characteristics the value of the goods, as well as the size of the customs duty.
