The Upgrading of Fire Safety in Historic Buildings

Abstract: teaching undergraduate and postgraduate building surveying students; with his main areas of expertise including fire safety, building conservation and building pathology. After the fire at Clandon Park in Surrey. Little is left of Giacomo Leoni's great Marble Hall from the 1730s; considered to be his masterpiece and described as one of the great rooms of early Georgian England 1 .
