The United Nations Regional Seas Programme: General Guides and Principles

Abstract: The UNEP Regional Seas Programme (RSP) has evolved into an international management regime with over 120 nations participating. It has resulted in the development or near development of eleven action plans which address a variety of coastal and water resource issues and problems.
