The Tridirectional Relationship among Physical Activity, Stress, and Academic Performance in University Students: A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis

Abstract: Higher education students often suffer from physiological and psychological health problems caused by stress, which may negatively impact their academic performance (AP).
