The transport sector as an example of sectoral social dialogue in the EU: recent developments and prospects

Abstract: teaches Labour and Social Policy at the University of Konstanz. **Dipl. Verw.Wiss Matthias Bansbach is working on the research project into "Sectoral Social Dialogue in the European Union". 1 The social partners at this level are the European Trade Union Confederation (ETUC), the Union of Industrial and Employers' Confederations of Europe (UNICE), and the European Centre for Public Enterprises (CEEP).
