The Time Equations and Formula Budgeting in Jointed Model for Higher Education

Abstract: Formula budgeting is the most common and simple method of university funding, which is based on the amount of funding for all the resources or just FTE staff, depending on the number of students. The aim is to establish the relationship between demand and supply of resources as a function of the number of students and levels of activity.
